The owner of the online store passiongames.eu (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Merekaru MTÜ (registry code 80417599), located at Merekaru, Haldi küla, Hiiumaa vald, Hiiumaa 92042.

VALIDITY OF SALES CONTRACT, PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION

Selling conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the online store.

The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. Shipping fee is added to the price.

The shipping cost of the goods depends on the location of the purchaser and shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed to the purchaser when the order is placed.

Product information is provided in the online store next to the item.

PLACING AN ORDER AND PAYMENT METHODS

To order a product, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate shipping method. Then the total amount to pay is displayed on the screen. Order can be paid securely via following payment methods: 

  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay
  • Visa / Mastercard card payments

ATTENTION! When using bank link payment, confirm the order and then click on the “Return to merchant” button

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus ASPayment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment. In case of bank link payment, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and in case of credit card payment, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to customer bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.

The owner of the online store shall be the controller of the personal data and shall transmit the personal data necessary for the execution of the payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.

SHIPPING

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Finland.

The shipping costs are borne by the purchaser and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 1-7 working days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sales or according to other terms if the shipping information next to the product is written differently.

We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the online shop within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in case the purchaser is a legal person.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store is entitled to lower the refundable charge according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the ordered product (for example, a false or defective thing).

The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the carrier during the abovementioned period.

The online store shall immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, return all fees received from the purchaser under the contract upon receipt of the returned goods to the purchaser.

The online store may refuse to make repayments until the product that is the subject of the contract has been recovered or until the purchaser has provided evidence that he has returned the case, whichever is the earlier.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery different from the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to refund to the consumer an expense that exceeds the cost associated with the normal delivery method.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and to recover the goods from the purchaser if the price of the goods on the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

RIGHT TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

The online store is responsible for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the purchaser, which existed at the time of the transfer of the product and which occurs for up to two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the purchaser.

The purchaser shall have the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest if a deficiency occurs by sending an e-mail to or by calling on the phone +372 5333 0335.

The online store shall respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

The online store shall not be liable for defects caused after the delivery of the goods to the purchaser.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have deficiencies for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return to the purchaser all the fees associated with the sales contract.

DIRECT MARKETING AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The online store uses personal information entered by the purchaser, including name, phone number, e-mail address, bank data, only to process the order and send the item to the purchaser. The online store will provide personal information to the companies providing the transport service in order to deliver the goods.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address only if the purchaser has requested to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and notifying the shop of their wish to receive direct mail messages.

The purchaser will be able to opt out of e-mail offers and newsletters at any time by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

If the purchaser has claims for the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address or by telephone: +372 5333 0335

If the purchaser and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Commission.. The procedural conditions can be consulted, and the application can be made. It is the responsibility of the Consumer Dispute Commission to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the purchaser and the Online Shop. The review of the purchaser’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
